Your $250 reservation fee is fully refundable for any reason prior to the execution of your Leasing Agreement. The $250 fee will be deposited in escrow with Corridor Title Co:

You will be notified 30-days prior to signing your Leasing Contract which is anticipated May of 2019

Final rates and terms of your leasing contract will be outlined for your review prior to May of 2019

Commencement of Construction is anticipated the Spring of 2019 with Completion the Spring of 2020
